​Since I was a child, life led me time and time again to reinvent myself, die and rise like a phoenix, strengthening myself with each experience, integrating each learning.

I have gone through different experiences that transformed and shaped my life in a unique way. I lived in different cities, countries, I dedicated myself to different professions, I lived happy stories, others very complicated and challenging, and I know that each adventure lived until today brought me to this present, my wisest, fullest, and happiest moment.

Along my path many times I thought and felt that "happiness was not for me", "that living a full life was a utopia" and that "to be successful it takes a lot of effort"... and the truth is that those are phrases, tricks of our mind to keep us "safe" within the known, no matter how unsatisfying that known may be. Today I need to share all the knowledge acquired in my journey, in my search, because I firmly believe that we deserve to leave that mental "matrix" to live our "real" life, following our true inner authority, empowering ourselves with our gifts, and finding our fulfillment personal without resistance, in a gentle way, in harmony. Because - believe me when I tell you that - when we find and live our internal balance, our exterior accompanies that harmony, and everything falls into place automatically, because "the universe always conspires in our favor."
